1. Ads not loading
Ads may not load if you are offline, if ad inventory is unavailable, if the ad provider cannot serve an ad, or if ads are disabled in your region or device settings. Please try again later.
2. Rewarded ad watched but reward not received
Rewards are only granted after the rewarded ad is successfully completed and confirmed by the ad provider. If the app closes, the connection drops, or the ad is not confirmed, the reward may not be applied.
When contacting support, include:
- Device model
- iOS/Android version
- App version
- Approximate time of issue
- What reward you expected
3. Report a bug
Please email us with a short description, screenshots if possible, your device model, and app version.
4. Account or data deletion
Questcade may not require accounts in the first version. If account features are added later, you will be able to request account or data deletion by contacting support.
5. General feedback
We welcome feedback about games, challenges, hints, streaks, and reward balancing.
